If you're commissioning a listening programme, this is the register that tells you who is qualified to run one. Practitioners listed here have demonstrated competence on real work, against a published standard, before independent assessors.
You can search by tier (Associate, Certified or Master), by location, by sector experience, and by working language. Each profile shows the practitioner's accreditation history, sectors and recent work — enough to shortlist before you reach out.
Three tiers, one register
AEXP — Associate. Competent to run a single listening campaign end-to-end with light supervision.
CEXP — Certified. Competent to design, lead and integrate a complete listening programme at organisational level.
MEXP — Master. Competent to lead listening at the most demanding edge — multi-entity, complex, transformational.
The register opens when the inaugural AEXP cohort is credentialled in late 2026.
